The legal stuffWe will at all times only collect and process your personal information in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
What information do we collect and how do we collect it?The RMApp (similar to a Refinitiv terminal) sits outside the bank's system and has no customer data of the bank. The only data we collect is your click data as you use the RMApp. This data is then passed back to the bank for analysis.
How do we use your information?By using the “Platform”, you agree that your information may be used by us and by the bank for any of the following purposes: (a) to provide you with a personalised browsing experience when using the Platform; (b) to fulfill any contractual agreements between us and the bank; (c) to send you details (including by post, phone, fax, e-mail or SMS) of other products and services which we think may interest you, unless you inform us in writing that you do not want to receive these details; and (d) to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
We may also disclose your information to third parties in connection with the sale, transfer or disposal of our business, provided that they continue to use your information substantially in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We have put in place technical and organisational security measures to prevent the loss or unauthorised access of your personal information. However, whilst we have used our best efforts to ensure the security of your data, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the Internet.
